In this role, I direct both the Production and Creative teams on all 360 Campaign Shoots for Smashbox Cosmetics and Glam Glow by managing all stages of the production process, including the execution of pre-production, and post-production for each campaign shoot. I routinely collaborate with marketing and creative team members on concepts, ensuring project delivery is on time and within budget. I ensure effective cross-functional communication between the creative team and key stakeholders. I also supervise overall creative timelines and workflows between each team, while overseeing communication of approvals and routing of deliverables to critical stakeholders and approvers.Some of my achievements include:• Introduced new approaches for producing content more resourcefully and cost effectively resulting in high quality, high volume content with low volume budgets.• Established a new company wide system for asset compilation to better optimize the production & creative process and ensure all assets are being captured and leveraged across all platforms.• Optimized the post production process remotely by introducing new programs and ways to organize assets and bring visibility to teams that did not previously exist.
