• Developed a new cross-division planning process between Universal Store and Xbox that was grounded in providing transparency and delivering clarity and was cited as a best practice for all lines of the Universal Store.
• Piloted the first ‘GC’ (general contractor) role in the division, as a single threaded leader responsible for all commerce aspects of the gaming business, that was replicated across all other lines the Universal Store.
• Fostered inclusive and high-performing team environment with a focus on employee development and results delivery
• Managed requirement gathering, engineering design and execution for Xbox Game Pass, one of the fastest growing consumer subscriptions in the entertainment industry
• Led 2-year project to add commerce capabilities necessary for Xbox to Universal Store, culminating in the on-time release of the Store application on Xbox One and an increase in YoY digital games revenue

• Responsible for the backend commerce services enabling account and payment instrument creation and management on the console for Xbox One launch
• Led integration of the backend commerce services that support game licensing, purchase and account management in the Windows 8 Games application for Windows 8 launch
• Managed the engineering effort to deprecate the Microsoft Points digital currency and replace with a local currency stored value system (CSV), resulting in increased transparency and understanding for users

• Conducted in depth research and analysis on five mobile OEM’s and operators to aid Microsoft in their merger and acquisition decision with Nokia
• Partnered with Microsoft to deliver an enterprise digital supply chain platform (OEM Activation 3.0), utilized by over 170 OEMs with over $250M annual revenue, and was specifically responsible for managing scope.
• Created marketing personas for Microsoft’s Volume Licensing Service Center through user research, which included conducting a survey, focus groups and 1:1 interviews

• Assisted financial advisor in all aspects of the business including financial analysis, portfolio balancing, business planning, marketing, customer service and compliance
• Evaluated risk of investments by performing financial analysis on companies and providing risk mitigation recommendations
• Established training program to onboard new employees, including creation of detailed instructions for key work flows which increased efficiency of office
