face2face Recruitment is a boutique recruitment agency providing government and private sector clients with candidates who have IT, administration, sales and finance skills. face2face also assists candidates with their resumes and provides advice on interview techniques.Duties included:• Discuss job specifications with potential candidates.• Providing market rate on salary expectations.• Organise interviews.• Negotiate contractor hourly rates and start dates with client and contractors. • Organise contract agreements.• Visit or contact contractors regularly to build rapport and keep them aware of market trends.• Format candidate resumes for submission to clients.• Proof read selection criteria; editing where required by correcting grammar and making sure questions have been answered properly.• Conduct referee checks for candidates prior to submitting for jobs.• Write tenders for government personnel recruitment panels.
