- Guiding international guests on ship-based expeditions in both the Arctic and Antarctica, interpreting polar wildlife, botany, and marine ecosystems while driving Zodiac tours and leading hikes - Providing ocean education to all guests with a focus on cetaceans, climate change, and marine biodiversity

- Teaching kayaking, backcountry camping, navigation, and wilderness skills through REI programming in the Bay area. - Guiding trips, managing gear, providing excellent customer service and ensuring safety throughout all outdoor activities

- Guided students ages 14-18 on immersive nature-based expeditions across Iceland and Alaska with National Geographic Student Expeditions and Putney Student Travel- Provided environmental education to students with a focus on conservation, climate change, and wildlife biology- Facilitated positive transitions into traveling, outdoor recreation, and group dynamics for youth participants

Developed curriculum and acted as the lead instructor for two semesters of RPTM 1-Z: Wilderness Literature and Introduction to Outdoor Pursuits (Backpacking, Spring 2020)(Canoeing, Fall 2020)

Supported ongoing research efforts on visitor use management data needs assessment in national parks, attitudes and behaviors on Leave No Trace and waste reduction, and direct and indirect management approaches in park and recreation administration

- Developed relationships and planned logistics for the inception of a storytelling project focused on the Canol Youth Leadership Hike in the Sahtu region, NWT - Acted as the producer and co-director for the feature-length documentary film In the Footsteps of our Ancestors about the Canol Trail and Indigenous cultural connections in nature- Acquired all funds for project implementation through grant writing, partnership development, and other fundraising efforts

- Researched, compiled, and analyzed legislative and administrative historical data in five congressionally designated wilderness areas on the Inyo and Sierra National Forests- Worked independently to design and complete components of a Wilderness Character Baseline Assessment, a tool used to measure the overall ecological and recreational health of a wilderness- Spearheaded coordination between resource specialists and wilderness managers to create targeted assessments and narrative reports for wilderness protection and monitoring projects

- Led an independent advisory task force to provide recommendations for improving the effectiveness of CPAWS' operations and conservation efforts- Planned and executed Lobby Day on Parliament Hill with over 80 Members of Parliament

- Coordinated between the National Conservation Team and 13 regional Chapters in collective efforts to advocate for the protection of lands and waters, including government relations and public outreach campaigns- Drafted memos, reports, policy recommendations, and public communications on parks and protected areas establishment and management of public lands across Canada

- Acted as a mentor, tutor, and role-model to Inuit youth from across Nunavut studying at Nunavut Sivuniksavut, an Inuit college accredited through Algonquin College in the National Capital Region- Offered study tips and time-management advice to first-year Inuit college students, tutoring subjects including Northern Policy, English, and the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement

- Planned and managed logistics and partnerships surrounding weekly and special events at the Aboriginal Student Centre at Queen’s University including feasts, drumming circles, and sewing workshops- Organized all logistics and speakers for the 18th annual Indigenous Research Symposium

- Edited and contributed to proposed policy and recommendations for existing and prospective national parks and their surrounding communities- Drafted a case study report for a conservation and Indigenous tourism economy in Lutselk’e, NWT based on the proposed Thaidene Nene National Park Reserve

- Developed and implemented public outreach and education programs on the Canadian Arctic with urban audiences in Vancouver. - Worked alongside outreach partners at the Vancouver Aquarium, Science World, and Vancouver Maritime Museum to develop relevant outreach materials for each venue, executing informative interpretive programming and presentations.
