In my current role, a large portion of my day-to-day work includes managing all grants the Ranch applies for, and I write, or am involved in writing, a majority of them. I also keep track of grants received, and do the follow up reporting. Additional job duties include creating marketing materials, managing our social media accounts, scheduling social media posts, and other general fundraising tasks.

During my time at Noah's Ark, I worked as a lead teacher in the two-year-old, three-year-old, and four-year-old rooms. I also occasionally worked in the infant and one-year-old rooms. I had a little bit of time working with the school-aged children as well.While in the four-year old rooms, I chose a theme for each week and planned art activities, circle time activities, and exploration opportunities that focused around that theme. I worked with children on colors, shapes, and letters, as well as social skills that they would need to be successful in preschool, and later in life.
