Unique opportunities often present themselves when you least expect them. ELAP was that opportunity. The ability to join yet another disruptive company, ELAP, with the goal to impact larger organizations, is a mission that I support emphatically. Helping businesses with 50 employees to 50,000 employees, I continue my growth and resolution to make meaningful connections, impact, and drive change. In January 2016 I joined the Gravie team. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs it was a unique opportunity to be a part of a successful start-up. I thoroughly enjoyed the start-up/small business environment and my sales results and success showed that. I was a part of the Gallagher team for nine and a half years. During that time I successfully progressed from intern to Area Vice President. My passion for the employee benefits / insurance industry is evident. The 2015 gen-xyb High Tea program has helped me to realize my full potential and to share the cross-generational experience with my colleagues. I am authentic and contribute immensely to the organizations which I serve. This program has helped me achieve that goal.
