About Erinn Elhardt
My experience has spanned working with all ages, with a primary speciality in pediatrics and school based populations. My charisma, empathy, and ability to work in any setting is what brings out the best collaboration with an employer I provide services to. I have worked with neurodivergent populations providing OT that can give a person skills for the rest of their life. Most recently, I expanded my leadership skills and was part of the hiring team for a tele-therapy company. Primary responsibilities were broad and included meeting with school leaders, billing, recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding therapists for remote therapy services across nation-wide for K12 platforms. I managed over 50 therapists, helped troubleshoot and train therapists and families to overcome tech issues as needed. Collaboration with sales, directors and Account Managers for successful daily operations to reach KPI goals were key to success in this role. I am interested in a growth minded company that values teamwork, collaboration and skills across a diverse and inclusive environment.
