I am a Human Resources Professional with over twenty years of experience in the industry. My educational background includes achieving a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University and a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University.My Human Resources career began in the recruitment department of a global consulting firm. Through my tenure at the firm, I specialized in campus recruitment support efforts and candidate communications. Additionally, I led the team responsible for all candidate correspondence, which in turn led to an opportunity to travel to Bangalore, India to train and transition department responsibilities to off-shore counterparts.After obtaining my Master's Degree, I obtained a Human Resources Business Partner role with a national real estate firm. Here, I partnered with all levels of employees to provide guidance in areas of development, recruitment, coaching, rewards strategies and overall employee engagement.Currently, I am honored to work with The Andrews Group, a People-Centric Consulting Firm.
