My focus is always understanding the clients needs and ensuring these needs are met.• Ensured continuous contact with clients to resolve project issues immediately and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.• Managed a large scale project with an oil & gas company, with multiple subsidiaries, to standardize their job descriptions in an initiative to have all subsidiaries used the same ATS.• This project also included creating a timeline and a standard process when a hiring manager needs to create a new or revised job description, providing definition, scope, and accountability to each person involved in the hiring process. • Directed a six month project with a client to implement SuccessFactors as a new HRIS, enabling the company to move from a manual to an online based process to complete performance evaluations.• As part of this project, created project mapping to ensure the project “go live” date stayed within the budget allowed from C-level executives.• To implement this technical change, job descriptions needed to be created and uploaded to SuccessFactors as not all positions had information; after interviewing managers over 300 job descriptions were created and successfully uploaded.• Each functional area (accounting, engineering, IT, etc.) chose behavioral competencies which were uploaded to be used to evaluate the behaviors needed to advance to the next career level, not just the skills.• Project was completed above client’s expectation to save money and time without a manual process but also increased employee retention with a better defined career path.
