However, the effectiveness of local aid and foreign intervention in mitigating these problems is poorly understood, and therefore the need to identify which factors could have a long-term effect. -Reviewed existing literature to identify varying social safety net structures and practices with the aim to understand their effectiveness. We reviewed about 20 scientific articles, meta-analyses, and scientific papers. - Used data from the World Bank Group Report, Realizing the Full Potential of Social Safety Nets in Africa to identify safety net program types, such as cash transfers, schoolfeeding programs, and health intervention, by correlating variables using R. - Conducted literature review on topics related to climate conflict, government relations, and possible water wars- Accessed Economics Databases and Findings from the World Bank on Ethiopia Rural Productive Safety Net Project - Learned coding software R
