• Provided support to 13 sales representatives and the Regional Vice President of the Great Plains region.
• Developed and executed regional marketing plans, which included direct mail programs, customized marketing pieces, and regional events.
• Coordinated the process of creating marketing collateral, such as brochures, invitations, posters, and postcards.

• Managed the process for creating marketing materials, such as Investment Profiles, conference specific postcards, invitations, and posters.
• Worked with internal business partners, which included Human Resources, Sales Training, and the Registered Investment Advisors sales team, as well as, Design, Production, eCommerce, Market Research, and other groups to.

• Worked with Marketing Specialist to oversee a webcast event for potential clients.
• Organized potential leads into a bulk template, working exclusively with Excel, in doing so I streamlined the process for receiving leads in a timely fashion.
• Aided in the development of a direct marketing e-mail campaign for small customer base clients.
• Researched ways to streamline certain aspects of the company website, making it easier for customers to navigate.

• Provided support to student organizations, such as Student Government, and Campus Activities Board.
• Responsible for clerical work in office, this included keeping an updated calendar of off-campus businesses that contracted with the school, handling the sales of discounted movie tickets, and working with the mailroom.
• Acted as a liaison between the office staff and the students, parents, and faculty, where I had to be knowledgeable of all upcoming events in order to field questions in the office and via the telephone.
