Our product is people and my #1 job is to make sure those people (and the hiring client companies) know that Express exists!- Lead a team of Marketing and Recruiting Specialists to fulfill strategic recruitment needs for a team of Employment Specialists covering 2 offices and 7 south central Indiana counties;- Collaborate with the Business Development Team to create ongoing sales and marketing campaigns to attract new client companies and retain current clients;- Manage all on-line and off-line marketing programs to assist in Associate or Client Marketing, to include- email marketing, social media, website management, promotions, etc.;- Partner with the other members of the Leadership Team to ensure all departments are executing efficiently on the operations of the office; - Institute processes and procedures to increase productivity between inside and outside sales staff and track its effectiveness;- Create reports and analytics to determine the success of all marketing efforts and find areas of improvement for the office;- Lead a Marketing and Recruiting team for a Top 5% of all Express offices (GOLD circle)!

- Create, plan and execute all of the marketing efforts for the Indy South and Columbus Express offices;- Focus on driving in quality people, attracting new clients, and creating brand awareness in the community in the following ways: Associate Marketing & Retention, Client Marketing & Retention, Brand Awareness/Digital Communications, and assisting with the Operations;- Recruit and hire college interns and help teach them real world examples of what they learn in school.

- Responsible for the marketing and recruiting efforts to increase the number of quality associates to match our clients' needs;- Attend local networking and special events to promote our brand to companies- Plan and execute e-mail marketing, website updates and on-line ads to attract applicants;- Develop and maintain key recruiting relationships that increase applicant flow and the quality of applicants;- Recruit and screen for specific skills and experience to help fill jobs;- Coordinate marketing programs to gain new clients and retain current clients, as well as develop referrals and retain associates;- Coordinate all on-line and off-line advertising and marketing programs to maximize exposure to active and passive clients and associates to continue developing local brand in community;- Counsel associates/candidates on career opportunities; resume preparation, interviewing skills, etc.

- Coordinate all Marketing advertising and direct mail campaigns;- Provide Marketing staff with support through promotions, advertising, sales, Player Development, and customer service;- Act as controller over all Marketing admin responsibilities to include preparing budgets, complete monthly P&L analysis, delivery of expense reports, daily task management;- Assist patrons daily via phone/email on customer service issues and marketing initiatives;- Manage direct relationships with media and promotional vendors to ensure prompt invoice payment, daily "to-do's", and discuss upcoming marketing programs for the property.

- Performed cold calls to solicit new patrons;- Assisted Sales team to produce sales events with groups from 10-1,000;- Worked with corporate groups in downtown Indianapolis to provide entertainment to their guests.
