Now with Great Hill Partners, I'm bundling those experiences to lead the strategy and tactics of acquiring top diverse talent across their portfolio of high-growth, disruptive companies, helping them to achieve their full potential. I'm also a frequent speaker and writer on talent and career topics, and host of the podcast “Big Fish in the Talent Pool”, where I interview Global Heads of Talent Acquisition about the twists and turns of their critical roles. As a Charter Member of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAPglobal.org), and an Advisory Board member and mentor for the young women's networking org, #GenHERation, I'm grateful to be able to give back and hopefully make a difference in the never-a-dull-moment world of talent.
