Current- Increase production output and efficiency (output by FTE and Quality standards)- Recruit and develop production staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.- Assess the organizational talent, mentor, teach. Build a top notch-team.- Foster a positive work culture. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback.- Plan and schedule production activities to ensure timely product delivery.- Collaborate with teams to establish production targets, budgets, and timelines.- Continuously monitor and adjust production processes to optimize productivity.- Oversee daily operations of the departments, ensuring adherence to standards.- Implement and maintain standardized operating procedures, 5S, and best practices.- Efficiently manage resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower.- Identify and implement capacity planning strategies to support business growth.- Work with the production team to reduce errors in production and increase quality.- Conduct audits to identify and address quality issues or deviations from standards.- Encourage and implement innovative ideas, technologies, and best practices.
