Selected from over 800 job applicants to be the Games Coordinator for the Event Services Department (EVS) at the 2010 Winter Olympics. Acted as a key liaison and coordinator between executive management and our team of 95 EVS staff who were placed on 21 different venue management teams. Coordinated vast amounts of communications, strategically assessed which operational and staffing challenges were escalated to senior management and provided HR support (including database management, new staff orientation, staff and volunteer training). Ensured that all staff were fully supported and progressed at the same pace as a united team despite the unique operational challenges for each venue.
