Led technology and digital product strategy for online learning, working closely with a small and dedicated team of business professionals and DEI subject matter experts. Full time August 2022-July 2023; contractor after July 2023.

Leading strategy for VCU Libraries' web properties, digitized collections, digital scholarship and web outreach efforts

I led the Web Applications team and collaborated with users and colleagues throughout the VCU Libraries to develop, integrate, and maintain a wide variety of Web-based applications for the entire VCU Libraries system.

I helped initiate SILS' website redesign, drew up a plan, publicized our efforts, developed a new information architecture, and worked with our Communications Director to develop design mockups for the site.

Researched and resolved technology issues for faculty, staff and students; assisted with various IT projects, including server management and backups, multiplatform desktop hardware and software support, and web design and development; scheduled and directed five lab assistants.

Microdesign work for a large corporate client and web content renewal for smaller clients.

Worked closely with a web development team to define specifications, design, build, test, deploy, and support web applications for various departments at The University of Georgia.

Oversaw day-to-day activities and operations; coordinated a staff of 300 volunteers; advised and directed executive board; prepared and presented annual budget; acted as liaison between WUOG and the university; served as point person for concerns and queries; facilitated communication between departments; mediated intra- and inter-staff disputes; facilitated contact with WUOG alumni; and conveyed the station philosophy to the campus and community. Served on a panel at the 2006 College Music Journal Conference: "Shaking the Hand that Feeds You: Navigating University Bureaucracies to Better Your Station."
