Led infrastructure track of new Tier III data center construction and migration from Santa Clara to Austin. Key activities / achievements include:- Planned facilities requirements for infrastructure, working with construction staff - Coordinated construction activities with infrastructure activities to ensure proper sequencing and alignment with master migration schedule– Managed server specifications, configurations, testing, etc.; design and implementation of enterprise backup solution and enterprise storage solution- Managed vendors, contracts, projects, and sustaining personnel to ensure timely installation, QA, and turnover of all infrastructure services per schedule

Built and managed global systems administration team. “Sold” services to existing application owners, migrating their applications into enterprise data centers and executing SLAs or MDAs (mutual delivery agreements), as appropriate.
