About Erin Sarpa
My path to visual design started when my mom gave me my first crayon. I'm the rare bird who has stayed the course for my entire career, not once ever feeling the urge to try Accounting or Phlebotomy.I started my design agency right out of college and formed a partnership which launched what is still E and I Design. E and I offers creative services across all media, partnering with all the big dogs in Silicon Valley with a concentration in medical device companies. We also help our clients cultivate an engaging and lively environment with our Creative Leadership workshop. I like big goals and strategic solutions. I've helped clients win big in retail, build a brand from thin air and transform a marketing department into a creative output machine. I started speaking to audiences within the design industry over 10 years ago, finding that I get energy from a large room full of people who are eager to supercharge their careers. I've expanded that audience to include women from all industries who want to know more about the unique challenges that we face in the business world and how to stomp on adversity on the way up the ladder. I've evolved to a design evangelist, I'm passionate about the impact of design on our world. My favorite part of my job is collaborating with others to make magic happen.
