Responsible for Management, Marketing, Guest Relations and Human Resources for a high-volume, locally owned Denver restaurant. Manage the floor, in charge of hiring, retention, employee satisfaction. Conduct reviews on a regular basis for a staff of 95. Maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), responsive to all restaurant reviews (Yelp, Google +, Urban Spoon, Facebook, etc.) Built and maintain 3 company websites, and coordinate the planning of special events.

Responsible for Website Development for the organisations 5 businesses and continue to maintain these websites from abroad. Was in charge of graphic design, various creative projects (posters, fliers, interior decoration, establishing library, etc..). In charge of Events ranging from book signings, beer tastings, pairing dinners, and coordinated an event for Amy Goodman of Democracy Now!, a personal and professional highlight. Manage staff of 40 in a locally owned vegetarian restaurant with locally sourced and organic foods. Full bar with organically infused specialty liquors and local microbrews. Coffee bar with locally roasted coffees and a completely vegan bakery. We focus on vegetable-centric meals and make special efforts to include dairy free, often raw, and foods made without the use of gluten ingredients.

The Farmers Gastropub is a casual dining establishment that features local and organic Missouri foods. We focus on quality, creativity, and a comfortable ambiance where customers can enjoy casually elegant dishes with a wide variety of specialty beers and wines.

The Valley House is a hostel located in County Mayo, Ireland. This is a lodging facility located in a rural part of Ireland. Family run throughout the winter season, I was lucky enough to be a part of the summer seasonal staff where, along with 4 other employees, we worked together to take on every aspect of facility management including checking in and out of guests, arranging group events and concerts, catering meals and tending bar for visitors from all over the world.

The Food Cooperative is a non-profit, member owned grocery store where we feature local and organic produce and bulk items. There is a popular community cafe on site in both locations with a deli and made to order breakfast, lunch and dinner service. I was a member of the opening team for the second location.
