As an Account Executive at Design Cuisine, I am responsible for making the customer's dream a reality. Daily, I design event proposals to include menu selections, event décor, on-site logistics, and other services required that are within the client's budget. I manage a team of two associates to meet and exceed yearly sales goals. I value my role of being a problem solver for my clients, often fixing a problem before it comes to the forefront. I produce events that include receptions, galas, conferences, social events, and product and brand launches for groups as small as one to as large as 3,000.

As the Events and Catering Manager at RIS and RIS Catering, I launched the catering program as well as increased onsite accounts. I created a comprehensive business plan for RIS Catering and was able to meet the sales goal in its first year. I managed all staff and schedules and acted as a liaison between the client and the back of house staff to create successful events.

As one of the first employees, I was responsible for the preparation and execution of all logistics for special events. Working with the Chef/Owner, I developed marketing materials to target and help increase client base and oversaw the implementation and organization of all events. To make myself a more well rounded employee, I worked in all aspects of the new company, from food preparation offsite, ordering supplies, packing and driving the delivery truck, to acting as the supervising staff at events.

At Oakridge Elementary School, I was the head of the music department and director of musicals. I served as the general music teacher to students in Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade, with ages ranging from three to eleven. I taught students with various international backgrounds, as well as SPED, ESL students and ED students. Each year, I led more than 250 students in multi-arts musicals - incorporating art/set design, lighting and stage managing. I was also an active member of the school scheduling committee.

At Sarasas Ektra, I was the Head of the Secondary English Musical Department. I served as a key member of curriculum development and was a vocal music teacher to Thai students in first through twelfth grade. I premiered and directed the first full length musical with a group of fifty secondary students, as well as taught general education to first, second and third graders.
