- Point of contact for all incoming leads, client consultations, and studio bookings- Coordinate studio calendar and prep photographer & crew for all photo sessions- Handle all communications with clients before, during, and after their photo sessions- Oversee photo processing, photo editing, and final album designs of clients’ photos- Responsible for client outreach through marketing and social media- Collaborate on and execute new packages, products, promotions, and pricing for the studio- Represent the studio at off premise networking events and social engagements- Manage and track client invoices as well as studio sales goals

Handle all prospective clients and create contracts for all studio bookings- Represent and manage eight photographers as well as coordinate all assignments and crew- Liaison between the clients/planners and the photographers before, during, and after events- Select images for portfolios and the creation of all studio sales, advertising, and marketing materials- Collaborate on and oversee company website and all studio advertising and marketing- Manage and hire freelancers, interns, and part time workers for the studio- Expand and nurture relationships with clients, event planners, and vendors- Represent the studio during events and facilitate on-site photo slideshows- Manage studio budget as well as payroll, invoicing, deposits, banking, insurance, and tax reporting

- Facilitated events at Mondrian Hotel in Los Angeles as well as Sky Bar and Asia de Cuba (2004 -2006)- Handled all catering inquiries, client menu selections, bookings, contracts, and client relations- Responsible for coordinating both daily and special event catering services- Acted as direct liaison between clients and hotel/restaurant staff before, during, and after events- Maitre D at Asia de Cuba at The Morgans Hotel in Manhattan, NY (2006-2007)
