Responsibilities included: consulting with internal clients, developing research plans, executing quantitative/qualitative research, managing vendors, creating deliverables/dashboards, and presenting results.Owned 84.51°’s Omnibus survey solution and executed for the New Item Concept Screener (NICS)—a solution that assesses category innovation for CPGs and Kroger Category Managers. Developed programming/analysis efficiencies that reduced NICS project time by 30%.
