As a shift leader I am running the restaurant as a manager. I am usually closing manager where I am doing the normal closing procedures; cashing out servers and doing the deposit.

As a bartender I am making drinks for the guest at the bar and for the restaurant. As a server I am taking care of the guest in my section and helping other team members out when they need it. As for an expo I am pulling the food from the window and setting it up to be ran to the table.
