- Educate students and teachers on all aspects of running a business and producing a yearbook. Including: design, photography, technology, budgeting, marketing and organizational strategies.
- Establish customized systems/structures to keep clients organized, on-time and on-budget
- Work with all layers of schools, districts and partnering organizations to facilitate technology and production perfect record of all projects delivered on-timeBusiness Development
- Complete responsibility for all business and revenue generation activities including: lead generation, sales strategy and implementation, marketing, service, collections, negotiations and strategic partnerships
- Consistent awards for revenue generation, national award for highest new revenue company-wide
