Tolefree currently serves as President and CEO of Baldwin Richardson Foods, one of the largest Black family-owned and operated businesses in the US.Throughout her nearly 20 years of service, Tolefree has made integral contributions across the organization, holding leadership positions across commercial, procurement, supply chain, finance, strategy and corporate governance.Her demonstrated experience has allowed her to forge strong, active professional relationships with some of the world’s largest consumer packaged goods (CPG), quick service restaurant (QSR), and food service clients.
