Erin Tolefree is a performance-driven visionary with deep experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. Tolefree currently serves as President and CEO of Baldwin Richardson Foods, one of the largest Black family-owned and operated businesses in the US.Throughout her nearly 20 years of service, Tolefree has made integral contributions across the organization, holding leadership positions across commercial, procurement, supply chain, finance, strategy and corporate governance.Her demonstrated experience has allowed her to forge strong, active professional relationships with some of the world’s largest consumer packaged goods (CPG), quick service restaurant (QSR), and food service clients. Tolefree’s commitment to accountability, passion for service and people-centric leadership extends from the company, to its customers and to the wider community.  She is committed to supporting initiatives that advance educational and career opportunities in the communities Baldwin Richardson Foods serves and operates. Tolefree earned a Bachelor of Arts from Spelman College. She serves on multiple boards including, Excellus BCBS (The Lifetime Healthcare Companies), the Finger Lakes Regional Economic Development Council, ESL Federal Credit Union and ROC2025.
