Through my experience at Cowboy Kennel's boarding facility I have refined my animal husbandry and customer service skills. This job gives me opportunities to gain hands on experience with handling cats and dogs, administering medication, handling chemicals, and ensuring the facility is kept up to sanitation protocol. Additionally, I ensured the pet's have a positive experience while boarding, and proactively communicated with their owners to let them know their pets will have a safe, enjoyable stay at the kennels while they were away.
