- Create/design marketing brochures, pamphlets, press releases, advertisements, radio commercials, newspaper advertisements, email blasts, direct mail, store signage/promotions, bag clippers, and prescription bags. - Book guests/sponsors and produce topics for a weekly radio program. - Work with various local media outlets to schedule radio promotions and advertising.- Plan and coordinate screenings/events/promotions at retail locations or trade shows.- Do mailings for birthday clubs to customers and nursing homes. Create and deliver Christmas gifts for doctor offices and nursing home residents. Create admission packets for nursing homes to give to new residents.- Update social media and website for all locations.- Order and design promotional items for specific events and customer items.

- Create and manage corporate website, marketing brochures, press releases, advertisements.- Take pictures and video for website and print advertisements.- Work with outside sales representatives to bring in and maintain customers.- Coordinate industry trade shows, conferences and meetings with a budget of $100k+.- Enter contacts, projects, inquiries and information into Customer Relationship Management (CRM)system. Manage strategic reporting of important information. Update and run reports.

- Coordinate marketing projects in support of residential lending loan officers. - Create sales and marketing materials for loan originators to use on sales calls. - Plan, coordinate and set-up trade shows, open houses and housing seminars. - Assist originators with various important operational tasks, with achieving the goal of getting loans closed in a timely manner. - Assist management team in report preparation and daily monitoring of critical issues such as compliance testing, operations, sales projections and revisions. - Coordinate and prepare for internal meetings.
