Organizational Development & Human Resources Employee DevelopmentManaged four college-wide supervisory and leadership development programs, consisting of over 200 employees, with an average completion rate of over 90%. Created training content and facilitated classroom training delivery. Oversaw the annual performance review process for all full-time staff members. Created training content for both online and classroom delivery. During implementation year (2014) developed and facilitated training for over 900 full-time staff members.Recruited, oriented, and supervised campus-based facilitators for professional development workshops and programs. National Trade Show Services and ProductionExhibitor Services Serviced approximately 40 conventions and trade shows per year with up to 2,000 exhibitors and up to $4 million in total exhibitor billings per show. Worked collaboratively with production crews, trade association staff, account executives, and others involved in planning and producing national trade shows, to ensure a successful experience for exhibitors.Coordinated both in-house (call center) and on-site (show site) orders, logistics and service requests. Considerably developed knowledge in a broad-range of trade show-specific service functions: floor plan layouts, budgeting costs of exhibiting, pricing guidelines, and accounting functions for multi-million dollar revenue trade shows. Managed the scheduling and training of service desk staff to provide optimal customer service during annual events and trade shows.
