I work in partnership with my clients to improve sleep, mood, and digestion, balance hormones, clear skin, manage stress, and have more energy by figuring out what nourishes them without fad diets or restricting food. Together, you will learn how to become your own health detective, implementing methods and using tools to connect with your unique ecosystem in a deeply profound way. I educate on how the body works and how every system is interconnected. Warning we'll probably talk about poop! Your digestion is a key window into your health. We work on mindset and mindfulness with zero judgment, no right or wrong, and no good or bad approach. I will help you feel more empowered and less deprived. This is meet-you-where-you-are coaching to create long-term sustainability and feel great for years to come! When we look at symptoms rather than diagnoses, we can figure out the root cause and create space for healing.
