• Develop strong relationships with online advertising agencies and clients while delivering superior customer service• Assist Account Executives in execution, completion, and fulfillment of requests for proposals (RFPs) that maximize the use of inventory and provide scalable solutions for advertisers• Participate in developmental brainstorming sessions with Sales Reps and Sales Marketing Team• Responsible for procedures related to booking insertion orders internally• Coordinate Ad Tag placements on sponsored sites with Ad Operations and production teams• Develop, manage, and coordinate online sponsor/advertiser integration campaigns on a daily basis• Facilitate/traffic online advertising campaigns, review projects for accuracy and for adherence to project specifications/requirements, and submit for client approvals• Responsible for primary client communications and compliance on deliverables and revenue• Maintain standards for engagement with agencies/clients that facilitate a positive experience with iVillage while setting proper client expectations• Communicate with the Sales team and/or clients on a daily basis on the status of campaigns, providing solutions, recommending alternative strategies and resolving issues on a timely and accurate basis• Work collaboratively with account executives and inventory to recommend campaign pacing and optimization modifications, leveraging understanding of advertiser and product performance based on the contract and T&C’s• Work with the Finance team to assist with the credit application process and to provide Q&A support on billing reconciliation• Produce campaign wrap-up reports and collateral• Generate ideas and provide client recommendations to secure incremental revenue for current campaigns
