Employee relocations, on-boarding, exits, and addressing telephony are some of the tasks handled daily. • Executed compliance-required transition and non-transition relocations for 50+ employees as part of the divestiture of Global Securities Solutions (GSS) to U.S. Bank. • Created equipment return process in coordination with internal legal department for employees exiting the bank.• Managed several enterprise facility projects including two Chicago restacks, VoIP Telephony Transition, and MyWork (flexible work program) rollout to GSS line of business.• Earned Six Sigma Green Belt Certification for Process Improvement Project to the management of collateral pledging process.• Managed the collateral pledging process to ensure sufficient collateralization requirements pursuant to OCC Regulation for funds on deposit within GSS.• Oversight responsibilities for the centralized repository all revenue share contracts executed between GSS and various fund companies.
