In this role I was responsible for driving room nights and revenue to all owned and managed lodging properties across the diverse Vail Resorts portfolio which includes: eight ski resorts, one luxury beach resort, and a collection of lodging properties in Grand Teton National Park. In addition, I was also responsible for management of the Iconic Weddings and RockResorts brands.I created and implemented marketing strategies designed to complement resort marketing efforts and deliver new customers. Tactics included database marketing, paid search, display advertising, and multi-resort lodging sale promotions. Achievements: - Optimized lodging sale promotions designed to drive early bookings and fill need time periods resulting in double-digit growth year over year in room nights and revenue for owned and managed lodging. - Implemented the first household specific ad serving display campaign for the company. - Connected our hospitality, resort, and corporate marketing teams to strengthen marketing efforts with a unified message and purpose.

• Responsible for the Vail Resorts enterprise loyalty program, PEAKS Rewards, including product development, expansion into Hospitality and other lines of business, training, measurement, and reporting.• Execute numerous marketing programs across the mountain division including Advanced Lift Ticket campaigns, EpicMix on-mountain marketing, Epic Burger, Mountain Meal Card, Appetite for Life, and on-mountain safety.• Manage the creation and rollout of seasonal upsell collateral to support the goals of various lines of business including corporate sales, food & beverage, and ski school in support of marketing strategy.• Collaborate with internal teams (online, social, email) to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.• Manage marketing and promotional campaigns with our strategic alliance partner, American Express.
