• Responsible for the Vail Resorts enterprise loyalty program, PEAKS Rewards, including product development, expansion into Hospitality and other lines of business, training, measurement, and reporting.
• Execute numerous marketing programs across the mountain division including Advanced Lift Ticket campaigns, EpicMix on-mountain marketing, Epic Burger, Mountain Meal Card, Appetite for Life, and on-mountain safety.
• Manage the creation and rollout of seasonal upsell collateral to support the goals of various lines of business including corporate sales, food & beverage, and ski school in support of marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams (online, social, email) to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
• Manage marketing and promotional campaigns with our strategic alliance partner, American Express.

• Developed, managed and analyzed the annual marketing plans and budgets for the Steamboat Ski Resort and the Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel & Condominiums.
• Managed the day-to-day business with Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s advertising agencies; responsible for delivering projects on message, on time and on budget.
• Planned and implemented advertising and merchandising projects; tasks included writing creative briefs, selecting a creative concept and copy writing for local, regional, national advertisements, direct mail pieces.
