    I began working under the eQMS contract at Ameren in the Technical Services department after being specifically requested by the customer. I was also promoted to the eB Support Manager role to oversee all Rkneal consultants working under the eQMS contract at Ameren. In this role I am responsible for developing and updating design documentation related to the web interface and the new Design Change Automation process. I develop and execute quality assurance test plans for any new version of the software or hot fixes from the vendor. I work directly with the developers on any bugs or enhancement requests.I also create and modify training materials for end users and new employees. I also respond to tier 2-3 support calls when other support team members cannot determine the solution. When requested by power users, I am also responsible for writing system reports using EQL.I am used to handling multiple position responsibilities as required by this position. I work with the Ameren PI support team as well, helping them manage all SharePoint sites and integrate with the document management software, eB. As the eB Support Manager, I am a liaison between Rkneal and Ameren. I have all hiring and firing duties for the Rkneal eQMS Support team. This includes creating job descriptions, posting job notices, reviewing resumes, screening candidates via phone and in-person interviews. I implemented a new hiring process for the Ameren eQMS contract, which includes an updated application, writing evaluation, and skill test in addition to standard interview questions. This new approach has brought in top candidates for all open positions over the past year.

    I was the team lead on a ProcessBook PI Graphic project at a new client site. During this project, I was responsible for creating graphics, tags, validating from the control side, and meeting deadlines. In this multi-dimensional role, I also supported Business Development with marketing material creation and modification. I developed the Rkneal Software Quality Assurance policy. I also maintained all social media sites and started the companies twitter account. I began helping with the companies hiring process as well.I created installation procedures and user manuals for Rkneal's cyber security product, Verve Security Center. Verve is a centralized security suite created due to NERC CIP regulations which consolidates antivirus, whitelisting, patching, change management, backup management, SIEM and vulnerability scans. This customizable suite provides a defense so the control environment is never impacted. I helped implement Verve at multiple client location during my two years in the position as well as provide on-site support for existing customers. During this process, I worked directly with the clients to ensure successful installation. I worked with company founder to consolidate the vision of the Verve Management Console into a design document. I worked with the developers during the creation process of the interface and began writing the manual test plans. The Management Console allows customers an easy view into their system, providing a dashboard, reporting and alerts.

    I began this role as administrative support for PI Technical Analysts. I was responsible for creating weekly and monthly reports. I also organized the existing SharePoint site, create new sites and was the Power User / Site Administrator for all PI sites. I developed internal training materials and reference guides for system users. I scheduled and coordinated meetings bi-weekly meetings for the group as well as planned the Yearly PI Annual Users Meeting. After learning, the PI software I began helping create PI Graphics (ProcessBook) and helped with system maintenance and testing.Approximately a year into this position I was asked to also begin supporting a document management system in addition to my current duties. This role began as customer support for the newly implemented software. My duties included answering phone and email questions, writing step-by-step user guides and sending out correspondence to the user base. As my system knowledge grew, I was asked to create and update technical documentation for the system including technical design documents and test plans for system changes. Before moving on to a new role within Rkneal I created a training outline for the two new employees replacing me. Using this documentation, I trained both replacements over an eight-week period before moving on to my new role.
