Stress and Emotion Lab (PI: Dr. Meghan Quinn)-Assist psychology faculty and senior researchers with data collection, analysis, and literature reviews, contributing to ongoing research projects.-Extract and analyze heart rate variability and cardiac impedance data using an electrocardiogram and MindWare program-Study internalized psychopathology, suicidality in university students, coping strategies, executive control, and stressful experiences.

Responsible for spreading awareness about the current mental health crisis through initiatives, service, and support for the William & Mary student body.Assist Wellness Center faculty in organizing programs and reserving facilities through Fusion and Teams. Design infographics promoting therapeutic services provided by the Wellness Center for student body access.

Facilitate communications between executive board and general body members through emails to increase involvement and foster community within the organizationWorked closely with other executive board members to make informed decisions and implement initiatives

Communicate information through emails regarding future opportunities and events hosted by Active Minds and/or the McLeod Tyler Wellness Center.Research and present multiple presentations surrounding various topics of mental health and wellness.
