At Schneider Organization as an Area Planning Manager my primary focus is to analyze logistical data through process driven and detail oriented. Through the utilization of leading edge optimization technology, I am accountable for analyzing and assigning freight to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction and driver retention. As an Area Planning Manager I am involved in the daily processes and activities of Intermodal movements, as well as the service requirements and needs of Intermodal customers. I am accountable for establishing, communicating and executing the optimal dispatch specific geographical location or region. I am also accoutable for proactively maximizing asset productivity, minimizing costs, while ensuring customer and driver requirements are met. I am daily involved with Operations, Network Management and Customer Service to ensure overall key factor success.

As Manager of a 30-person customer service call center, I was the eyes and ears of American Coach Limousine. In addition to implementing higher standards, designing consistent training programs, and monitoring each customer experience, my chief role was making sure that anything and everything that touches a customer exceeds their expectations. My focus was on optimizing the customer experience at all touch points. This means creating effective customer communication channels with our professional chauffeurs, dispatchers, and key executives within American Coach Limousine. My goal was to create systems and metrics that would sustain the highest standards of customer experience and be a point of contact for improvements.
