As a little kid I used to sit next to my mom and design houses for fun, and we’d stop at any open house we could find, and plan annual trips through the local “Parade of Homes”. I truly care about every detail in a transaction, from making sure the house is a perfect fit for a buyer, to scrutinizing every detail to make sure the transaction closes smoothly.
