I implemented healthcare and 401k programs to serve our growing workforce and spearheaded an active approach to hiring diverse talent resulting in an inclusive and innovative environment. During the pandemic I oversaw the distribution and documentation of PPP funds and provided support for both in-person and remote employees.

As our office expanded I took both billing and payroll processing and supported the company through record 34% annual growth five years running. I became the central point of contact for monetary questions from clients and employees. I managed inventory, outfitted each tutor and student with necessary supplies, and maintained our office space.

I administered high-pressure exams (SAT, ACT, etc) to dozens of student across several rooms simultaneously each day, all while maintaining precision timing. I also supported these students when they suffered acute testing stress. Finally, I meticulously graded dozens of exams each day.
