Chances are slim that we can predict what solutions and challenges our peers will create tomorrow. Wherever I go I try to leave as many simple solutions behind as possible. I believe that it is the best way of future proofing value creation in a complex and rapidly changing world.

OrdförandeForte 2008 - 2012Mitt främsta bidrag som ordförande var förmodligen att få föreningen att anta en helt annan "affärsmodell". Föreningen gick från att omsätta pengar genom att hyra in utrustning och hyra ut den vidare inkl. personal till att med hjälp av de små marginaler som fanns på den tiden istället köpa egen utrustning och hyra ut den. Det inledde en långsiktig utveckling för föreningen som innebar en fantastisk utveckling i balansräkningen och dessutom ständigt stigande rörelsemarginaler tack vare det.

OrdförandeBaljan 2007 - 2011Hade tidigare suttit i styrelsen för studentkaféet som säljer över 200 liter kaffe om dagen på Linköpings universitet. Jag blev ombedd att komma tillbaka som ordförande i styrelsen när verksamheten började förlora pengar. Jag och resten av min kompetenta styrelse såg då över alla leverantörsavtal och verksamhetens prissättning. Vi vände ett negativt resultat till ett positivt inom loppet av en termin. Jag såg också till att vi bytte ut det gamla datasystemet, kontantkortsläsare (en del av kassasystemet), databas, intranät och hemsida blev helt nya. Extra stort tack till Simon Pantzare för det.
