In this position, apart from my previous responsibilities, I have had the opportunity to develop several internal projects to enhance the company processes. These projects included:• Conceiving an internal revision control system for user interface designs• Standardizing the delivery of designs across the company using model-structured files.• Constructing a wireframe library to speed up the process and allow other team members to work on strategy and content with more ease• Studying and testing page builders and animation tools• Conducting level-up and training sessions for other team members (Figma and Elementor)

My responsibility was to apply design best practices in digital product and website projects. I achieved this by: • Producing wireframes based on User Experience Strategy research• Making mood boards for aesthetic evaluation and choice of style• Ensuring consistency in the user interface designs through the creation of design systems• Designing user interfaces using best practices (design principles, usability, accessibility, responsiveness, etc.), and establishing guidelines and library components for other team members to forge ahead with posterior demands and projects• Creating high-fidelity prototypes• Drawing up high-quality handovers for developers• Supporting the development team in front-end issues I have successfully designed over 20 digital product and website projects on a team of over 25 people with budgets ranging between $50k to $300k. The projects were in the niches of associations and technology companies across the USA.

As a Product Designer and Partner at the design studio, I was responsible for the design and development of projects. Some of my key responsibilities included:• Conducting meetings with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and customers needs• Referring to the User Experience Strategy documents to guide the design process• Creating design systems to establish consistency in the user interface designs• Designing user interfaces using best practices (design principles, usability, accessibility, responsiveness, etc.), and providing design guidelines for the client• Developing high-fidelity prototypes• Writing HTML and CSS code to implement the interfaces designed• Ensuring project timelines and budget accomplishmentI worked on projects for companies like Thomson Reuters, CPqD, Matera, Dextra, Assertiva, Stilingue, Promon Logicallis, Wareline, São Leopoldo Mandic, Cemig, Light, GasLocal, and Mitsubishi.

I worked alongside the Development Team designing the digital products for the Foreign Trade Solutions Suite. Some routines I carried out were:• Maintain consistent user interface designs by creating design systems• Design user interfaces using best practices (design principles, usability, accessibility, responsiveness, etc.), and specify design guidelines• Develop high-fidelity prototypes with detailed interactions• Write HTML and CSS code to implement designed interfaces• Produce high-quality handovers for developersThe projects required me to utilize my skills and knowledge to increase productivity by smoothing the path of data visualization on the product for the users.

I joined the Marketing Team to develop the presentation and market the company services and products. My activities consisted in:• Design user interfaces using best practices (design principles, usability, accessibility, responsiveness, etc.) for websites and hot sites • Write HTML and CSS code to put into operation websites and hot sites• Create visual design assets for all marketing demands to guarantee branding uniformity I was part of various projects related to creating graphical designs for marketing campaigns at foreign trade events, making visuals for advertising campaigns published in specialized magazines, creating branding for software, and designing and developing institutional websites and marketing hot sites.

I provided visual and web design work for the University’s Health Information Reference Center projects. As roles, I had to:• Design user interfaces using best practices (design principles, usability, accessibility, responsiveness, etc.) for websites and hot sites • Write HTML and CSS code to bring online websites and hot sites• Create visual design assets for all demands to guarantee branding uniformity There I developed the user interface for a search system, focusing on accessibility, which helped PwDs find public services the state offers. As a result of my work on several initiatives, I was invited to collaborate as a designer on the recreation of the University portal to celebrate its 30th anniversary.
