Eric is also an avid member of the Streaming Video Technology Alliance, acting as Technology Advocate for the Open Caching Working Group. He's also been issued multiple patents for caching and media content packaging as part of his efforts on the Disney+ launch team. Eric previously lead the Content Distribution Engineering work for Disney Streaming, launching Disney+ and ESPN+ and leading Hulu's CDN strategy. Eric was principal architect on all content distribution engineering for MLB Advanced Media, focusing on MLB At Bat, NHL, HBO Now, WWE Network and others. Successfully streaming content to hundreds of millions of users; and 100+ Tbps of traffic, Eric's a foremost expert in Content Delivery Networks and has worked for 15 years in media pipeline management. Eric graduated summa cum laude from New York University with a bachelor degree in Film Studies.
