Coordinates all sustainability efforts of Nestle East & Southern Africa Region (23 countries), on top of current general management role, with a focus on four main pillars: Climate Change, Sustainable Packaging, Sustainable Sourcing and Water Stewardship.

General Manager of Nestle Congo Cluster, leading an organization with 140 employees and a factory in Kinshasa. The Cluster consists of two countries: Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Republic of Congo (RC), a territory bigger than the size of western Europe and it is one the most difficult places to do business in the world. My responsibility is to develop an organization capable to sustain profitable growth in a difficult environment while creating shared value for Congolese consumers.

Responsible of Sales and Marketing Activities of Nestle in two of the most difficult countries to make business in Africa: Democratic Rebublic of Congo and Republic of Congo, managing a team of 35 direct Nestle Employees and more than 200 3rd party employees. My key responsibility is to deliver profitable sales growth while restructuring the whole commercial team and Route to Market as well as optimising the portfolio by launching popularly positioned Nestle products.

I managed the NESTLE Business in Southern Part of DR CONGO. Key responsibility was to reach sustainable profitable growth in one of the most difficult countries of the world to do business. I have achieved above 40% sales growth in 2013 by setting up a new sales structure, by optimizing the route to market & route to warehouse and by opening up Nestle business in new geographies.

I worked as the Group Brand Manager for Children Health & Nutrition (NIDO Brand) at Nestle Equatorial African Region, consisting of 21 African Markets. I planned and executed all marketing activities of NIDO brand, which is making more than 50% of total Nestle Food & Beverages in the region.

I was responsible of the development of Ready to Drink (RTD) Coffee business in Nestle Turkey. I led the transition of Nescafe RTD Coffee business from Coke to Nestle. I prepared the 10-Year business strategy, determined the route-to-market and re-launched under Nestle system. I have managed to distribute in more selling points its first year and achieved higher sales in its second year than it was sold under Coke system. The RTD coffee business still growing in line with the forecast in his 10 year business plan.

I worked as Brand Manager of Pepsi Brand in Turkey.As responsible of Football Platform, I have planned, developed and executed Pepsi 2006 Football campaign including Pepsi Football TVCs, Pepsi World Challenge event, Pepsi Gold Launch and promotions. The campaign won “PepsiCo Europe 2006 Beverage Marketing Award”. Then I led the launch of Pepsi Max, the biggest Pepsi initiative in Turkey for many years. I prepared and executed detailed Pepsi Max launch plans, from concept development to copy & packaging development.

I started as Assistant Brand Manager for Ace brand for 1.5 year and then worked as Senior Assistant Brand Manager for Prima (Pampers) brand for 2 year.
