Responsible for management of operations for a multi-state territory and for driving excellence in customer service to adidas subsidiaries all over the world. Act as primary contact for all Customer Service-related issues and being a bridge between adidas & rebook customers and manufacturers making production in Turkey; Interface as necessary with Global Planning, Global Marketing, Global Finance and Global Logistics to provide adidas/rebook customers with better service just in time. Manage relationships and daily administration in the logistics facilities for the adidas/rebook shipments via close cooperation with DHL, Fedex, K&N, Panalpina , Maersk, UPS. Coordination of 3PLs to establish, implement and audit SOPs and internal work procedures regarding adidas/rebook deliveries and being active role in the system adaptation projects for electronic ebooking from suppliers in the region Europe to the nominated forwarders, ASN (advance shipment notification) sending to adidas customers, regular meetings and workshops with 3PL & suppliers prior to extensive shipment season. Performance Management through KPIs and target setting to ensure that suppliers are stick to policies and doing best required to achieve excellent service to adidas/rebook subs. Define and align internal administrative processes to realize a smooth handling of order confirmation and distribution, tracking of work-in-progress (WIP) and being informed of adidas/rebook subs about their orders delivery status, arranging of order shipments and invoicing/payment stages in time, correct manner. Evaluate customer specific requests for changes in logistics/operation services and recommend changes in policy and shipping instructions as needed. Manage the customer complaints, product returns and claims.

•Provide a consolidated overview of the Liaison Office vendor performance for vendor KPI s and issues, working with the teams and suppliers on proactive solutions to problems prior to external communications with HQ in Germany •Support Liaison Office Merchandising and HK Sourcing Ops teams in identifying needed factory capacity and capabilities according to customer forecasted demand. •Ensure that cut-off orders and forecasts are passed to factories in a timely manner by merchandising teams, with review of forecast changes prior to communication to factories with visibility on all substantial variances between forecasting and/or actual orders. •Oversee the process of order management across merchandising teams to ensure that orders are confirmed and tracked in accordance with adidas Group standards. •Data consolidation, coordination and reporting responsibilities to support Country Manager with up-to-date and accurate reporting as needed/requested •Support new factory start-up documentation and process
