• Responsible for all recruitment processes• Preparation of job advertisement and publishing them on the web career sites• Make interviews and report short lists to the department managers• Training and orientation of new staff• Follow-up accrue and payroll process • Updating ERP system data• Preparation and pulishing of necessary regulations• Support of administrative affairs• Support for the establishment of performance systems and determination of KPI’s

• Assistance to the cansultant team• Searching candidates from the job applications and organization of the interviews• Registration and coordination of job applications in the data banks• Keep personnel files up to date
