* Member of the "Executive Community" and directly reporting to the CEO at last one year.• Re-organization and norm staff regulations• Organization of departments and preparing job descriptions• Determination of KPIs and conduct all processes of performance management• Preparing and reporting the personnel budget and business plan monthly and yearly• Preparation, grading and development of wage systems• Follow-up and control of all payroll processes• To conduct all of the disciplinary issues and legal processes• Make exit negotiations• Integrating Dogus Group’s all HR processes in Pozitif part

• Responsible for all recruitment processes• Preparation of job advertisement and publishing them on the web career sites• Make interviews and report short lists to the department managers• Training and orientation of new staff• Follow-up accrue and payroll process • Updating ERP system data• Preparation and pulishing of necessary regulations• Support of administrative affairs• Support for the establishment of performance systems and determination of KPI’s

• Assistance to the cansultant team• Searching candidates from the job applications and organization of the interviews• Registration and coordination of job applications in the data banks• Keep personnel files up to date
