Coaching and leading a team of 20 call-agents in contact-tracing and vaccination. I also started with a new project within the contact-tracing for the vaccination infolines where we answered questions about the covid 19 vaccins and booked appointments for civilians. This project was a nice challenge because we could start from scratch. At first we had very little information to start with. So we had to gather information, build FAQs, find out about the possibilities and map procedures.

After a takeover in 1999 by a Japanese multinational holding I worked as communication manager to help develop and realise the marketing activities of our company in Belgium (mainly b2b, but over the last three years b2c campaigns as well). Have been managing a marketing budget of >€1milj. With hands on experience in brand development, web site and intranet site traffic growth, loyalty programs and (b2b) incentives.

I started this job by creating a new logo for the Buchmann Optical Holding. Afterwards I implemented the new brand image for Buchmann and then became the 'communication officer'.As communication officer in this middle sized company I worked in a staff function to help the product- and marketing managers realise their commercial goals.
