- Coordinating the implementation of the centralized pooling system for drivers including dispatching function, cleaners and vehicle fleet - Coordinate the team of drivers and cleaners by scheduling their deployment plans - Member of digital request creating team in Kosovo and digital logbook implementation withing GIZ woldwide.- Monthly ex-post deployment reporting to HR for cost allocation- Responsible for calculation and reporting on direct and indirect costs for cost allocation to projects/ office- Coordinate the regular maintenance of vehicles and ensures that licenses, legally needed permits, and insurances are up to date.- Coordinate health checks for drivers as per GIZ rules - Check fuel consumption for cars and generators and prepare reports - Responsible for framework contract with fuel provider, building security provider, building exterior clening company, vehicle and generator maintence companies, seperated waste management company.- Coordinate the implementation of the new aproach of seperated waste management within buildings and organising staff training.- Responsible for procurement of necessary materials, consumables, clening materials and equipment.- Responsible for coordinating reconstruction works with the landlord of facilities includin space allocation (offices, archive, storage rooms)- Responsible for coordinating the responsible companies managing DALI Automation (Lighting Control) and KNX - Building smart solutions.- Member of office relocation task force.- Responsible for safety and security of the GIZ facilities (office buildings)- Member of Country Security Management Team, responsible for Intruder alarm systems (anti theft alarms), fire safety alarm systems, camera surveillence systems and public anouncment system withing the building.

- OSCE Corporte Fleet Wave administrator and user Trainer.- OSCE Mission in Kosovo GPS tracking project Administrator and user Trainer.(Responsible for identifying the needs and development of the tracking system features).- Developing procedures, adapting and implementing policies and schedules to provide economical, efficient, environment friendly and safe transportation services.- Drafting policies and internal instructions.- Overseeing all activities related to deployment of the fleet of more than 300 vehicles.- Supervising adherence to the maintenance and withdrawal schedule for vehicles. - Controlling the vehicle running costs of the fleet. Ensuring the compliance with the provisions of maintenance contracts, other contracts and verifying the invoices. - Determining the type and amount of equipment, tires and inventory items required to effectively meet present and foreseen needs of the fleet.- Coordination of all transport related activities within the OSCE Mission in Kosovo.- Exercising control over activities related to vehicle management carried at various Departments and Regional Centers.- Preparing and controlling the budget plan based on present and foreseen requirements of the mission.- Overseeing the maintenance of databases with advance futures for vehicles - FMS (technical characteristics, users, location, costs, insurance policies, accidents/ incident, equipment stock etc.) - Overseeing the activity of Maintenance, Fleet management, Movement Control and Ground Transportation Units within OSCE Mission in Kosovo.- Drafting Scope of Requirement of Transport/Supply Chain related projects.

• Recording, mixing and reproduction of various radio programs, commercials and other sound related tasks. • Overseeing the daily/weekly music broadcast and play lists• Responsible for broadcast quality control.• Training sound technician within Radio Contact and other partner radio stations.• Member of Radio Contact Pristina management board.
