I worked in the automotive industry for Conti Sp, which gave me the opportunity to combine that what i am deeply interested in, passionate about, and love as a profession. As part of the Conti Sp team i learned new skills, gained experience, and built the beginning of my work career from the bottom up. As the company continued to expand and started to add more capacity due to a higher time commitment to keep up with demand, it meant more take-home pay for me as well. Doing more than required taught me valuable lessons in this occasion. With the rapid development of technologies and innovations such as autonomous driving, advanced safety systems, and next-generation hybrid and electric cars, i never stopped being fascinated by the new technologies that are being implemented in vehicles today. The job skills and knowledge that i gained as part of the sales team aided me greatly at my next sales job. My daily routine inluded many tasks ranging from organizing my diary and appointment systems, data capture, and guiding customers through the entire sales process. The job had a highly-competitive environment. Not only i was competing with rival dealerships within the same area, i was also competing with colleagues who are equally as hungry for success as i am. Hence, i gained knowledge and experience on how to balance my winning mentality with maintaining a harmonious relationship with my colleagues.
