We were building new services and products for the Group with a new insight and operational view to a traditional business and business area. Set up a new European-wide service and infrastructure from empty table by choosing right partners and service providers from core system vendors, IT infrastructure and insurance sectors. Key areas were in online and digital & mobile business models, insurtech & uw.

We made a solid, beautiful, easy-to-use UX/UI with excellent e2e processes, products, and full-stack core system, which meant launching and setting up new business areas, disruptive and modern digital services which had to meet today´s customer´s needs and expectations. To make all this happen we had the privilege to implement and work in close co-operation with several different service providers in areas of customer insight, front end, integrations and back end systems. Not to forget the most important developers, customers.

Building a new insurance company from scratch in just 14 months. -Systems and integrations– modifying and implementing an external service system to meet Finnish standards, needs and regulations especially in vehicle insurances, as well as achieve a high level of automated process in both UW and Claims handling-Products – setting up content of insurance products (terms & conditions, covers, compensations…)-Customer and operations – participating in developing the basic processes of an insurance company and customer´s life cycle services-Continuous development of new white labels and maintaining & improving the old setup to more customer oriented form based on company´s strategy -Project leader in first big white labeled service – Säästöpankin vakuutukset-Represent the company in different co-operations and public affairs as well as in several authority networks ------------Suomen Vahinkovakuutus Oy (Finnish P&C Insurance) is a modern online-based insurance factory that builds tailor-made insurance services for its partners on white-label basis. It is the first new non-life insurance company in Finland in almost 100 years. The company focuses on private-line products and their digital distribution and marketing. At the moment, Finnish P&C Insurance Ltd serves two prominent banking groups in Finland: POP Bank Group and the Finnish Savings Banks Group. The company started its operations in 2012 and is owned currently by LocalTapiola and the POP Bank Group.
