For the past 10 years, I have been actively working as a sales manager in Kruul packaging and printing house. During these 10 years: 1. I have built the largest customer base for our company in Estonia. 2. Our packaging capacity has increased twentyfold. From 1M pcs to 20M pcs this year. 3. I have created relationships with hundreds of new customers, both local and international. 4. Our export sales have increased from 10% to 34%. I got my first work experience during my teenage years when I worked in our family hotel. I did everything from cleaning the floors to dealing with the customers. This experience didn't just teach me about effective communication, it also made me realize how good it feels to be a part of something bigger and see your effort bear fruit. It is exactly this reason why I love working at Kruul. In the past 10 years, we have grown tremendously and I feel very proud to say that I did my part in it. For me, there is nothing more fulfilling than a satisfied client who keeps coming back to us. Even though I am a sales manager, my job involves every aspect of the complete packaging process. I am working from the initial pitch to the material selection all the way through to the design of the product for our customers. It is not unusual for my colleague and I to sit together and sketch different packaging ideas. Moreover, I am continuously communicating with the production team at Kruul. This breadth of experience over the whole process has made me extremely proficient in the complete packaging process. I can answer all the customer concerns and fears right at the very beginning. When I am not working with clients, you can find me bicycling or running in the Estonian countryside.
