As the current Human Resources Director at ICON Luxury Group, I oversee the strategic direction and execution of the HR function for a leading Company in the luxury market. I have over 20 years of experience in human resources management and coaching, holding a Leadership Development and Coaching Certification from Georgetown University and a SHRM-CP credential from the Society of Human Resources Management.My core competencies include labor and employment law, employee and organization development, compensation, risk management, and benefit plan design. I have successfully represented and advised clients in various industry sectors, I have deep knowledge and understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations. This includes laws such as the National Labor Relations Act, Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. This has allowed me to provide clients with accurate and compliant HR advice, guidance, and support. Additionally, I have experience representing clients in federal and state court, as well as in agency proceedings involving HR issues. I am passionate about aligning organizational systems with HR vision and goals, fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and innovation, and developing and empowering talent.
