About Eric Krause

As the Global Head of Marketing for League of Legends Games at Riot Games, I lead a large-scale matrixed global marketing organization that defines the player experience for one of the biggest IPs in entertainment. With over 15 years of experience in the gaming industry, I have a deep understanding of the market, the audience, and the trends that shape the future of gaming.My mission is to spark passion in people through the work we do, enriching their lives for the better. I do this by collaborating with product, esports, international, and commercial teams to create and execute innovative and impactful marketing strategies that drive value for our players and the business. I am also proud to have won a Gold Clio for the best digital/mobile execution for League of Legends: Wild Rift, one of the most successful game launches in history. My passion for gaming extends beyond my work, as I enjoy playing, watching, and talking about games, entertainment, cars and football (Borussia Dortmund all the way!)
